ProofTap Terms of Service

Effective Date: October 25, 2026. Version 1.0.

Parties

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding contract between you and ProofTap LLC, a Michigan limited liability company with its principal place of business at 23576 Parke Ln. Grosse Ile, Michigan, 48138 ("ProofTap," "we," "us," or "our"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the ProofTap platform.

Acceptance of These Terms

You accept these Terms by clicking or tapping a button or checkbox presented to you that indicates acceptance, by creating a ProofTap wallet or record, or by otherwise accessing or using the platform after these Terms are presented to you.

If you do not accept these Terms, you are not licensed to access or use the platform.

"Tag" means a physical near field communication device, including an NTAG424 DNA device, associated with a Record. "Verifier" means any person who accesses, scans, reads, or relies upon a Record without creating one. "Redemption Credit" means the cryptocurrency, token, or non fungible token associated with an item and claimable on the terms described in the Redemption Credit section below.

General Disclaimer

ProofTap provides technology that enables users to create, manage, verify, and access blockchain based records and related digital information. ProofTap is an infrastructure platform. It is not an escrow service, certification authority, authentication company, financial institution, legal advisor, insurer, or guarantor of any product, document, credential, person, or transaction.

Records created through ProofTap reflect information submitted by users or authorized organizations. While blockchain records are designed to be immutable after creation, ProofTap does not verify the accuracy, legality, ownership, authenticity, completeness, or truthfulness of information submitted by users unless expressly stated for a specific service.

Users are solely responsible for the information they create, submit, publish, share, or rely upon through the platform.

Use of ProofTap is entirely at your own risk.

Open Infrastructure

ProofTap is an open technology platform intended to support a wide variety of industries, organizations, and individuals.

ProofTap does not control how third parties use the platform, how they interpret records, or whether they choose to rely on blockchain information created through the service.

ProofTap makes no representation or warranty regarding decisions made by governments, businesses, courts, employers, insurers, financial institutions, or any other third party based upon information stored through the platform.

Users are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, regulations, contractual obligations, and industry requirements when using ProofTap.

No Warranty

ProofTap is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PROOFTAP DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY, RELIABILITY, UNINTERRUPTED SERVICE, TITLE, OR FREEDOM FROM ERRORS.

Although ProofTap strives to maintain a secure and reliable platform, no software system, blockchain network, internet connection, mobile device, or digital storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure or continuously available.

ProofTap does not guarantee uninterrupted access, permanent availability, or error free operation.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PROOFTAP, ITS OWNERS, MEMBERS, MANAGERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE PLATFORM, EVEN IF PROOFTAP HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

This includes, without limitation, losses arising from inaccurate information, fraudulent activity, counterfeit products, unauthorized access, software defects, blockchain network issues, hardware failures, internet outages, lost data, digital asset loss, business interruption, lost profits, or third party conduct.

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF PROOFTAP AND THE PARTIES LISTED ABOVE, FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE PLATFORM, EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE TOTAL AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO PROOFTAP IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00).

The limitations in this section do not apply to liability arising from ProofTap's fraud, intentional misconduct, or gross negligence, or to any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above may not apply to you.

The parties agree that the limitations in this section are an essential basis of the bargain between them and allocate risk in light of the fees, if any, charged for the Platform. These limitations apply regardless of whether liability is asserted in contract, tort, warranty, statute, or any other theory, and shall survive any determination that a limited remedy has failed of its essential purpose.

User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for reviewing all information before creating, signing, submitting, publishing, transferring, or relying upon any blockchain record.

You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide is accurate, lawful, complete, and that you have the legal authority to create or submit such records.

Once information is permanently recorded on a blockchain, it may not be possible to modify or remove it.

You acknowledge that blockchain technology is intentionally designed to create permanent records and accept responsibility for the information you choose to record.

Tags, Physical Items, and the Limits of a Record

A Record describes information submitted about an item and, where a Tag is used, is bound to that Tag. A Tag is a physical object. It can be removed, damaged, destroyed, replaced, or affixed to a different item. Cryptographic authentication of a Tag establishes only that the Tag itself is genuine and has not been cloned. It does not establish, and ProofTap does not represent, that a Tag remains affixed to the item to which it was originally applied, that the item bearing a Tag is the item described in the Record, or that the condition, configuration, components, or authenticity of that item are as described.

You are responsible for physically inspecting any item and independently confirming its identity, condition, and authenticity before purchasing, selling, insuring, appraising, or otherwise relying upon it. A Record is one data point and is not a substitute for inspection, appraisal, or professional authentication.

Creators are solely responsible for the manner in which Tags are applied, secured, and, where applicable, retired or invalidated.

Record Corrections

Information written to a public blockchain cannot be deleted or altered. Where a Record is later determined to be inaccurate, ProofTap may, in its discretion and to the extent technically feasible, publish a subsequent corrective Record or annotation and display it alongside the original. ProofTap has no obligation to investigate, adjudicate, or resolve any dispute regarding the accuracy of a Record, and any such correction is not an admission of any kind.

Digital Wallet

ProofTap includes a non custodial utility wallet to facilitate platform functionality.

You are solely responsible for safeguarding your recovery phrase, private keys, passwords, authentication credentials, and devices.

ProofTap does not have access to your private keys and cannot recover lost wallets, forgotten recovery phrases, lost devices, stolen credentials, or digital assets.

Loss of your recovery phrase or private keys may result in permanent loss of access to your wallet and any digital assets it contains.

You acknowledge and accept this risk.

Utility Wallet Notice

The ProofTap wallet is designed primarily as a utility wallet to support ProofTap functionality.

Users should keep only the digital assets reasonably necessary to use the platform.

ProofTap does not recommend using the ProofTap wallet for long term storage of significant cryptocurrency holdings or other valuable digital assets.

For long term storage, users should consider using a reputable hardware wallet or another secure storage solution appropriate for their individual needs.

Redemption Credits

The Platform supports a feature under which a Creator may associate cryptocurrency, a token, or a non-fungible token with an item and make it claimable on a one time basis by a holder who satisfies the conditions the Creator establishes (a "Redemption Credit").

A Redemption Credit is a promotional benefit offered by the Creator. It is not offered by ProofTap. It is not a debt instrument, note, bond, deposit, investment, security, interest bearing account, or obligation of ProofTap or of any Creator. It bears no interest and confers no ownership interest, profit participation, voting right, distribution right, or claim against the assets or revenues of ProofTap or of any Creator.

A Redemption Credit is denominated in a unit of cryptocurrency, stablecoin, and/or non-fungible token. The value of a cryptocurrency, stablecoin, or non-fungible token fluctuates and may decline to zero. ProofTap makes no representation regarding the present or future value of any Redemption Credit and does not guarantee that any Redemption Credit will be available, claimable, or redeemable at any particular time or at all.

Redemption is a one time, irreversible event recorded on a public blockchain. Once a Redemption Credit is claimed, it cannot be reinstated, reissued, or reversed by ProofTap, by the Creator, or by any other party.

Redemption of a Redemption Credit records only that the Redemption Credit has been claimed. It is not a statement regarding the physical condition, age, prior ownership, prior use, or resale status of any item, and it shall not be displayed or described as such.

The Creator is solely responsible for funding, advertising, describing, and honoring any Redemption Credit and for compliance with all laws governing rebates, promotions, gift obligations, unclaimed property, advertising, and taxation. ProofTap is not a party to any transaction between a Creator and a purchaser and is not responsible for a Creator's failure to fund or honor a Redemption Credit.

ProofTap does not take custody of, hold, control, transmit, exchange, or administer any Redemption Credit or any other digital asset on behalf of any user.

Security

ProofTap employs commercially reasonable measures designed to protect the platform and user information.

However, no security system is completely immune from attack.

Users acknowledge that cybersecurity threats evolve over time and agree that ProofTap cannot guarantee protection against every unauthorized access attempt, software vulnerability, phishing attack, malware infection, device compromise, or other security incident.

Acceptable Use

You agree that you will not, and will not permit any other person to: create a Record containing information you know or should know to be false, misleading, or incomplete; create a Record for an item you do not own, manufacture, distribute, or have written authority to register; apply a Tag to an item other than the item for which the Tag was issued; remove, transfer, clone, tamper with, or attempt to clone or emulate a Tag; impersonate any person, brand, manufacturer, or organization, or create a Record under a brand name you are not authorized to use; use the Platform to facilitate the sale of counterfeit, stolen, or unlawfully obtained goods; use the Platform to offer, sell, or promote any security, investment, or financial product; scrape, index, mirror, or bulk extract data from the Platform except through an interface ProofTap expressly makes available for that purpose; interfere with, probe, or attempt to circumvent the security or integrity of the Platform; or use the Platform in violation of any applicable law.

Suspension and Termination

ProofTap may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Platform, in whole or in part, immediately and without prior notice, if ProofTap reasonably believes that you have violated these Terms, that your use creates legal or security risk to ProofTap or to others, or that suspension is required by law. Where practicable and lawful, ProofTap will provide notice and an opportunity to cure.

You may stop using the Platform at any time. Termination does not affect Records already written to a public blockchain, which remain permanent and outside ProofTap's control, and does not affect any provision of these Terms that by its nature should survive.

Sanctions and Export Compliance

You represent and warrant that you are not located in, organized under the laws of, or ordinarily resident in any jurisdiction subject to comprehensive sanctions administered by the United States government; that you are not identified on any list of restricted or prohibited parties maintained by the United States government, including the Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons List maintained by the Office of Foreign Assets Control; and that you will not use the Platform in violation of any applicable sanctions, export control, or anti money laundering law.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ProofTap, its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, licensors, and service providers from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from your use of the platform, your violation of these Terms, your violation of applicable law, or any information or records that you create, submit, publish, or distribute through ProofTap.

Michigan Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to ProofTap, the platform, or these Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict of law rules. The Federal Arbitration Act governs the interpretation and enforcement of the arbitration agreement below.

Please read this section carefully. It affects your legal rights. Except for the limited exceptions explained below, you and ProofTap LLC agree to resolve disputes through final and binding arbitration on an individual basis instead of in court. Arbitration does not use a judge or jury, and court review of an arbitration award is limited.

Before starting arbitration, the party raising a dispute must give the other party written notice describing the dispute and the requested resolution. The parties will then make a good faith effort to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days. A notice to ProofTap must be sent to legal@prooftap.io and to ProofTap LLC, Attention: Legal, 23576 Parke Ln. Grosse Ile, Michigan, 48138. ProofTap may send a notice to you using the contact information you provided through the platform. If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days after notice is received, either party may begin arbitration.

Any arbitration shall be administered by the American Arbitration Association, or AAA. If you use ProofTap for personal, family, or household purposes, the AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules shall apply. For all other users, the AAA Commercial Arbitration Rules shall apply. The rules in effect when the arbitration is filed will apply, except where they conflict with these Terms. Information about the AAA and its rules is available at www.adr.org.

The arbitration shall be heard by one neutral arbitrator. It may take place by telephone, video conference, written submissions, or in person, as permitted by the applicable AAA rules. Any in person hearing shall take place in Wayne County, Michigan, unless applicable law or the AAA rules require another reasonably convenient location or the parties agree otherwise. The arbitrator may award any individual relief that would be available in court, including damages and injunctive or declaratory relief, but only to the extent necessary to resolve the individual claim before the arbitrator. The arbitrator shall issue a written decision explaining the essential findings and conclusions on which the award is based. A court with jurisdiction may enter judgment on the arbitration award.

Arbitration fees and costs shall be allocated under the applicable AAA rules. ProofTap will pay any fees it is required to pay under those rules or applicable law. Each party shall be responsible for its own attorneys’ fees and costs unless the arbitrator awards them under applicable law or these Terms.

Either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court if the claim qualifies and remains in that court. Either party may also ask a court for temporary or emergency injunctive relief when necessary to prevent immediate and irreparable harm while an arbitration is pending. ProofTap may bring a claim in court to protect or enforce its intellectual property, confidential information, or security rights. These limited exceptions do not permit either party to pursue claims on a class, collective, consolidated, or representative basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you and ProofTap agree that each may bring claims against the other only in an individual capacity. Neither party may bring, join, or participate in a class action, collective action, consolidated action, private attorney general action, or representative action. An arbitrator may not combine the claims of more than one person or entity and may not preside over any class, collective, consolidated, or representative proceeding. If a final court decision determines that this paragraph cannot be enforced for a particular claim or request for relief, only that claim or request for relief shall be separated from arbitration and decided by a court. All other claims shall remain subject to arbitration.

For any dispute that is not required to be arbitrated, and for any court proceeding permitted under this section, you and ProofTap consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state courts located in Wayne County, Michigan, or the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan. You and ProofTap waive any objection based on personal jurisdiction, venue, or an inconvenient forum.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you and ProofTap knowingly and voluntarily waive any right to a trial by jury for a dispute that proceeds in court.

You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by sending ProofTap written notice within 30 days after you first accept these Terms. Your notice must clearly state your name, the policy ID, the wallet address or other identifier associated with your use of ProofTap, if any, your contact information, and your decision to opt out of arbitration. The notice must be sent to legal@prooftap.io or to ProofTap LLC, Attention: Legal, 23576 Parke Ln. Grosse Ile, Michigan, 48138. Opting out of arbitration will not affect any other part of these Terms or your ability to use ProofTap.

Any dispute concerning the interpretation, applicability, enforceability, scope, or formation of this arbitration agreement, including any claim that all or part of it is void or voidable, shall be decided by the arbitrator and not by a court. This paragraph does not apply to the class and representative action waiver below, the enforceability of which shall be decided by a court.

If twenty five or more demands for arbitration raising substantially similar claims are filed against ProofTap by or with the assistance of the same counsel or coordinated counsel within a ninety day period, the demands shall be administered in sequential batches of no more than twenty five. The parties shall select a single arbitrator for each batch. Following the resolution of the first two batches, the parties shall engage in a single mediation of all remaining demands before any further batch proceeds. Any applicable limitations period and any AAA filing deadline shall be tolled for demands awaiting a batch. This paragraph is intended to promote the efficient resolution of mass filings and shall be construed to preserve, not defeat, the parties' agreement to arbitrate.

If any part of this arbitration agreement other than the class and representative action waiver is found unenforceable, that part shall be modified only to the minimum extent necessary or, if modification is not permitted, removed. The remaining portions shall continue in full force. If the class and representative action waiver is found unenforceable for a particular claim or request for relief, that claim or request for relief shall proceed in court, and any remaining arbitrable claims shall be resolved first in arbitration.

This arbitration agreement continues to apply after you stop using ProofTap or these Terms otherwise end.

Privacy

ProofTap is designed to minimize the collection of personal information. Except as reasonably necessary to operate, maintain, secure, and improve the platform, ProofTap does not require users to create traditional user accounts or provide personally identifiable information to access the platform’s core functionality.

ProofTap may collect limited technical and operational information necessary to provide the service, including wallet addresses, transaction information, device information, application performance data, and anonymous or aggregated usage statistics such as the number of Records created, Redemption Credits issued and claimed, verification activity, and similar platform activity.

Certain information recorded to a public blockchain is intentionally public, permanent, and outside of ProofTap’s control. Users are solely responsible for understanding what information they choose to publish to a public blockchain. Once information is recorded on a blockchain, it generally cannot be modified or removed.

ProofTap employs commercially reasonable safeguards designed to protect information under its control. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

ProofTap's collection and use of personal information is described in the ProofTap Privacy Policy, available at https://www.prooftap.io/privacy-policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. In the event of a conflict between this section and the Privacy Policy, the Privacy Policy controls with respect to personal information.

No Professional Advice

ProofTap provides technology and infrastructure only. Nothing within the platform, including records, verification tools, search results, metadata, or other information, constitutes legal, financial, tax, accounting, insurance, investment, appraisal, regulatory, or other professional advice.

Users are solely responsible for obtaining independent professional advice appropriate to their circumstances before relying upon information created, stored, or accessed through ProofTap.

ProofTap makes no representation that use of the platform satisfies any legal, regulatory, contractual, financial or industry specific requirement.

No Ownership or Legal Rights

A ProofTap record is a digital record of information submitted by users or authorized organizations. The existence of a ProofTap record does not, by itself, establish legal ownership, title, authenticity, provenance, intellectual property rights, licensing rights, chain of custody, or any other legal interest in an item, document, credential, or asset.

Legal ownership and other rights are determined by applicable law, contracts, and other independent evidence.

Users remain solely responsible for verifying ownership, authenticity, and legal rights before relying upon any ProofTap record.

No Endorsement

Unless expressly stated in an official written agreement, the use of ProofTap by any individual, business, educational institution, nonprofit organization, government agency, contractor, or other organization does not constitute an endorsement, certification, approval, sponsorship, or recommendation of ProofTap or its services.

References to third parties, integrations, customers, partners, or organizations are provided for informational purposes only and should not be interpreted as an endorsement unless expressly authorized.

Intellectual Property

ProofTap, Tap the Truth, the ProofTap name, logos, software, platform, website, user interface, documentation, and related content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Certain ProofTap technologies may be protected by trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, or other proprietary rights.

Nothing contained within these Terms grants any license or ownership interest in ProofTap intellectual property except for the limited right to use the platform in accordance with these Terms.

Users retain ownership of the information and content they lawfully submit to ProofTap. By submitting content through the platform, users grant ProofTap a limited, nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty free license to process, store, transmit, display, and otherwise use such content solely as reasonably necessary to operate, maintain, secure, and provide the platform and its requested services.

If you send ProofTap suggestions, feedback, or ideas regarding the Platform, you grant ProofTap a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty free license to use and incorporate them without restriction or compensation.

Copyright Complaints

ProofTap responds to notices of alleged copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. Notices should be sent to ProofTap's designated agent at legal@prooftap.io or ProofTap LLC, Attention: DMCA Agent, 23576 Parke Ln. Grosse Ile, Michigan, 48138. ProofTap may remove or disable access to material and may terminate the access of repeat infringers.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to use ProofTap. By using the platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

If you use ProofTap on behalf of a business, government agency, nonprofit organization, educational institution, or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

If you create Records under a brand, trademark, or manufacturer name, you represent and warrant that you own that name or are authorized in writing by its owner to create Records under it, and you agree to provide evidence of that authority upon request.

Platform Administration

ProofTap reserves the right, in its sole discretion and to the fullest extent permitted by law, to maintain, modify, update, enhance, restrict, suspend, discontinue, or remove any feature, functionality, service, software component, API, indexing service, hosted infrastructure, or other portion of the ProofTap platform at any time.

ProofTap may release software updates, security improvements, protocol changes, bug fixes, compatibility updates, or other modifications as necessary to maintain the integrity, security, reliability, and continued operation of the platform.

Users may be required to install or accept certain updates before continuing to use some or all ProofTap services or functionality.

Nothing in these Terms shall obligate ProofTap to maintain any particular feature, functionality, software version, or service for any specific period of time.

Blockchain records that have already been permanently recorded on a public blockchain remain subject to the rules and permanence of the applicable blockchain network and are not controlled by ProofTap.

Changes to These Terms

ProofTap may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the platform, applicable law, security practices, or business operations.

ProofTap will post revised Terms with a new effective date and version number. For any revision that materially and adversely affects your rights, ProofTap will provide at least thirty days advance notice through the Platform or to the contact information you provided, and the revision will take effect only after that notice period. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of them. Revisions apply prospectively only and do not apply to any dispute that arose before their effective date.

If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform.

Force Majeure

ProofTap shall not be liable for any delay, interruption, failure to perform, or inability to provide the platform resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control. Such causes include, but are not limited to, natural disasters, acts of God, fire, flood, severe weather, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labor disputes, government actions, changes in law, internet or telecommunications failures, power outages, cyberattacks, malicious software, denial of service attacks, failures of third party service providers, blockchain network disruptions, protocol changes, validator failures, or other events beyond ProofTap’s reasonable control.

During any such event, ProofTap’s obligations shall be suspended for the duration of the event to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Persons Who View Records Without an Account

A person may view a Record by scanning a Tag or searching the ProofTap web portal without downloading the application or creating a wallet. Separate terms governing that use are presented on the scanner and portal pages and apply to those persons. Nothing in these Terms is intended to, and nothing in these Terms shall, create any right, benefit, or cause of action in favor of any person who is not a party to these Terms.

General Provisions

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any terms presented on the scanner and portal pages, constitute the entire agreement between you and ProofTap regarding the Platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings on that subject.

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable or, if modification is not permitted, severed, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

ProofTap's failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of that provision or of any other provision, and no waiver is effective unless in writing and signed by ProofTap.

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or any rights under them without ProofTap's prior written consent, and any attempted assignment without that consent is void. ProofTap may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, reorganization, or sale of all or substantially all of its assets.

ProofTap may provide notices to you through the Platform or to the contact information you provided. You must provide notices to ProofTap at legal@prooftap.io and at ProofTap LLC, Attention: Legal, 23576 Parke Ln. Grosse Ile, Michigan, 48138.

Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, agency, fiduciary, or employment relationship.

The sections titled No Warranty, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Michigan Law and Dispute Resolution, Redemption Credits, Intellectual Property, and General Provisions, and any other provision that by its nature should survive, survive termination of these Terms.

Section headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation. These Terms shall not be construed against either party as drafter.

Final Reminder

Again, ProofTap provides technology and infrastructure for creating, managing, and verifying digital records. ProofTap does not determine what is true, establish legal ownership, authenticate items or credentials, guarantee the accuracy of information submitted by users, or make decisions on behalf of its users or third parties.

Users, organizations, and all other parties remain solely responsible for the information they create, submit, verify, publish, share, or rely upon through the platform and for the decisions they make based upon that information.

By using ProofTap, you acknowledge that you understand the nature of blockchain technology, accept the inherent risks associated with decentralized systems, and agree that your use of the platform is at your own risk and subject to these Terms.
